Similan is a multifaceted property company responsible for the development and management of a variety of lifestyle estates all over South Africa. The work on display here includes the design of their 2015 company brochure which exhibits their passion for first-time homeowners, company profiles, developments and achievements, all laid out in a colourful and fun way to suit their brand personality. 

By approaching marketing in a more creative way, they are able to push the boundaries of traditional property-related design and visually convey their passion and commitment. Further examples on display here are of wall artwork; an infographic explanation of the buying process, as well as a mural for their Nelspruit office. Flyers show a commitment to presenting information in an easy-to-grasp way, with fun colours and unconventional flyer folds.
